摘　　要：目的观察中医阿是穴挑治法治疗混合痔的临床疗效。方法将混合痔患者80例分为2组,治疗组40例采用阿是穴挑治法进行治疗,对照组40例采用痔疮栓纳肛治疗。比较疼痛、便血及痔核脱垂情况评分量表评分,进行疗效评估。结果治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为87.5%和72.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗7 d后,治疗组疼痛症状积分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗7d后,治疗组便血症状积分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结果阿是穴挑治法治疗混合痔疗效肯定。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Ashi point pricking blood therapy on mixed hemorrhoids.Methods 80 patients with mixed hemorrhoids were divided into two groups.40 patients in the treatment group were treated with Ashi point pricking therapy,and 40 patients in the control group were treated with hemorrhoids suppository.The paihemafcia and hemorrhoids prolapse were compared and the curative effect was evaluated.Results The total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 87.5%and 72.5%,respectively,and there had significant difference(P<0.05).After 7 days of treatment,the score of pain symptoms in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 7 days of treatment,the score of paihemafcia symptoms in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ashi point pricking therapy is effective in treating mixed hemorrhoids.
