摘　　要：目的观察体外冲击波联合针刺治疗肩关节周围炎的临床疗效。方法选取肩关节周围炎患者60例,按患者的就诊顺序随机分为治疗组及对照组,每组各30例。对照组患者施以体外冲击波治疗,观察组患者在对照组冲击波治疗的基础上联合针刺治疗。2组患者分别治疗2周,比较治疗后2组患者疼痛程度及临床疗效。结果治疗结束后,治疗组患者总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组患者的疼痛评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论冲击波联合针刺治疗肩关节周围炎的临床疗效较好,能够明显改善肩关节周围炎患者的局部疼痛。Objective To explore the clinical effects of shock wave combined with acupuncture in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis.Methods 60 patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis were divided into theraphy group and control group,with 30 cases in per group.The control group was treated with shock wave,and the theraphy group was combined with accupuncture.2weeks later,the pain and clinical effect were observed.Results The total effective rate of theraphy group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the paine scores of threaphy group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of shock wave combined with acupuncture in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis is better,which can obviously improve the local pain of patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis.
