摘　　要：目的观察温胆汤联合替米沙坦治疗原发性高血压病的临床疗效。方法选取2018年1—2018年12月收治的高血压病痰浊中阻型患者60例,随机分为对照组和治疗组各30例。对照组采用替米沙坦片治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上,同时加用温胆汤治疗。比较2组患者治疗前、治疗第3、6周的血压水平、总有效率及不良反应情况。结果与对照组比均,治疗组在治疗第3、6周以后,SBP和DBP水平均显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组临床总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),不良反应发生率低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论温胆汤联合替米沙坦治疗原发性高血压病(痰浊中阻型)治疗方案可有效降低血压水平,提高临床治疗效果。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Wendan decoction combined with telmisartan in the treatment of essential hypertension.Methods Sixty patients with turbid phlegm and and obstructive essential hypertension who were admitted to the inpatient department and outpatient clinic from January 2018 to December 2018 were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group.The control group was treated with telmisartan tablets,and the treatment group was treated with Wendan decoction on the basis of the control group.The blood pressure levels before and after treatment at 3 weeks and 6 in groups,efficiency and adverse reactions was compared.Results Compared with the control group,the SBP and DBP levels in the treatment group were significantly lower after the third and sixth weeks of treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Wendan decoction combined with telmisartan in the treatment of turbid phlegm and and obstructive essential hypertension can effectively lower blood pressure levels and improve clinical treatment.
