摘　　要：卵巢癌是女性生殖器官频发的恶性肿瘤之一,有着较高的发病率。壮药莪术(壮名:Ginghgunh),也称为广西莪术,是临床应用的莪术最主要来源之一。壮药莪术油为广西莪术进行药材制造之后形成的挥发油,临床上主要用于肿瘤的治疗。本文旨在围绕壮药莪术油对卵巢癌SKOV3细胞株的凋亡和胀亡带来的调控作用展开,分析其辅助治疗卵巢癌的作用机理,为其全面作用于临床提供良好的参考。Ovarian cancer is one of the most frequent malignant tumors of female genital organs and has a high incidence.Zedoary Curcuma(Ginghgunh),also known as Guangxi zedoary curcuma,is one of the main sources of clinical application of zedoary curcuma.Zedoary turmeric oil is a volatile oil formed after the manufacture of medicinal materials of Zedoary turmeric in Guangxi.It is mainly used for the treatment of tumors in clinic.The aim of this paper is to analyze the mechanism of zedoary turmeric oil in the adjuvant treatment of ovarian cancer by focusing on the regulation of apoptosis and oncosis of ovarian cancer SKOV3 cell line,so as to provide a good reference for its comprehensive clinical effect.
