摘 要:目的探讨中药饮片处方药味和费用的合理区间。方法通过对江西中医药大学附属医院中药饮片处方进行分析,寻找不合理处方与药味数、每剂费用关系。结果初步发现不合格处方随药味及每剂费用的增加而上升,当药味增加至20味以上时,费用超过40元/剂时,处方不合格比例明显增加。结论将中药饮片药味和每剂费用控制在一定的区间内,有利于提高处方合格率,促进中药饮片的合理使用。Objective To explore the reasonable range of number of ingredients and cost of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces prescription.Methods By analyzing the prescription of TCM decoction pieces in our hospital,looking for the relationship between unreasonable prescription,number of ingredients and cost of each dose.Results It was found that the unqualified prescription increased with the increase of the number of ingredients and the cost of each dose.When the number of ingredients increased to more than 20 and the cost exceeds 40 yuan/dose,the proportion of unqualified prescription increased significantly.Conclusion Controlling the number of indregients and the cost of each dose within a certain range is beneficial to improve the qualified rate of prescription and promote the rational use of Chinese herbal decoction pieces.
