摘　　要：目的探索六西格玛管理法在中医护理质量管理中的应用效果。方法将20个中医优质护理病区随机分成观察组和对照组,每组10个病区。观察组采用六西格玛管理法进行护理质量管理,对照组进行常规护理质量管理方法,比较2组护理质量指标得分百分率。结果运用六西格玛管理法后,观察组在护理文书、带教管理、安全管理、技术操作、基础护理得分百分率均高于对照组,且具有统计学意义(P<0.05),提高了中医护理质量得分百分率。结论将六西格玛管理法应用于中医医院护理质量管理,能提高护理管理质量,值得推广应用及深层次研究。Objective To explore the application effect of Six Sigma Management in TCM nursing quality management.Methods 20 TCM quality care wards were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 10 wards in each group.The observation group used six sigma management methods for nursing quality management,while the control group used routine nursing quality management method.The scores of the two groups were compared.Results After Six Sigma management,the scores of nursing documents,teaching management,safety management,technical operation and basic nursing in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the scores were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Six Sigma management method in nursing quality management of traditional Chinese medicine hospital can improve the quality of nursing management,which is worthy of popularization and deep-seated research.
