摘　　要：李军教授善用活血涤痰法治疗疑难病,结合长期临床实践从基础理论角度总结出痰瘀交结证的症状、病机、治法,对痰瘀交结八种临床证型的细微差别有自己独到的认识。通过研究李老师中医脑病临床诊疗经验,以便更好地指导临床。Based on Professor Li Jun’s clinical experience,this paper analyzes the symptoms,pathogenesis and treatment of phlegm and blood stasis syndrome from the perspective of basic theory,and differentiates eight clinical syndrome types of phlegm and blood stasis syndrome,and further summarizes Mr.Li’s experience of clinical diagnosis and treatment of encephalopathy with traditional Chinese medicine,so as to better guide the clinical practice.
