摘　　要：目的观察和谐夹在内镜下逆行胰胆管造影(ERCP)患者中辅助十二指肠乳头插管的效果。方法回顾性分析2017年1月-2018年10月我院收治的32例ERCP的患者。实验组8例使用和谐夹辅助乳头插管,对照组24例使用传统技术插管,记录两组患者乳头插管时间及成功的例数,并比较术后胆管炎、高淀粉酶血症、胰腺炎的发生率。结果实验组手术耗时短于对照组,并发症总体发生率低于对照组(P <0.05),两组患者乳头插管成功率无明显统计学差异(P> 0.05)。结论和谐夹辅助有利于十二指肠乳头的成功插管,有一定的实用价值。Objective To observe the effectiveness of hemostatic clips on the duodenal papilla intubation in patients with endoscopic retrograde cholangopancreatograph. Methods 32 cases who underwent ERCP from January 2017 to October 2018 were collected. Among them, 8 cases were treated with clip-assisted method, while 24 cases were treated with ordinary method. The duration and successful cases of nipple intubation in the two groups were recorded, and the incidence of postoperative cholangitis, hyperamylasemia and pancreatitis were compared. Results The operation time of the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group, and the overall incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group(P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in the success rate of nipple intubation between the two groups(P > 0.05). Conclusion Hemostatic clips is helpful for the successful intubation of duodenal papilla.
