肌筋膜疼痛触发点治疗腰背肌筋膜疼痛综合征的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨对腰背肌筋膜疼痛综合征患者行以肌筋膜疼痛触发点治疗的临床效果.方法:择取2018年6月-2019年3月我院收治的50例腰背肌筋膜疼痛综合征患者,按照数字奇偶法将其分成对照组25例和观察组25例,对照组予以药物痛点神经阻滞治疗,观察组予以针刺肌筋膜疼痛触发点治疗,对照分析2组临床效果.结果:从临床总有效率上来看,观察组为96.0%,对照组为76.0%,观察组高于对照组,P<0.05;治疗前2组患者的功能状态指数、疼痛指数、硬结条索状物指数对比均无统计学差异,治疗后观察组功能状态指数、疼痛指数、硬结条索状物指数均优于对照组,P<0.05.结论:对腰背肌筋膜疼痛综合征患者来说,肌筋膜疼痛触发点治疗的临床效果确切,可使患者疼痛程度减轻,腰背功能得到改善,临床价值显著.Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of the treatment of myofascial pain trigger points in patients with low back muscle fascia pain syndrome.Methods:Fifty patients with lumbar muscle myofascial pain syndrome admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to March 2019 were divided into control group(25 cases)and study group(25 cases)according to the numerical parity method.The control group received the treatment of drug pain point nerve block,the study group was treated with acupuncture myofascial pain trigger point treatment,and the clinical effects of the two groups were analyzed.Results:From the perspective of clinical total effective rate,the study group was 96.0%,the control group was 76.0%,and the study group was higher than the control group,P<0.05.The functional status index,pain index,and hard knot cord of the two groups before treatment.There was no statistical difference in the index of the index.The functional status index,pain index and hard knot cord index of the study group were better than the control group after treatment,P<0.05.Conclusion:For patients with low back muscle fascia pain syndrome,the clinical effect of the treatment of myofascial pain trigger point is clear,which can reduce the pain level,improve the back function and clinical value.
