闭合复位交锁髓内钉和锁定钢板在肱骨干骨折治疗疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:通过对比经闭合复位交锁髓内钉固定与切开复位钢板内固定在肱骨干骨折治疗中的疗效分析.方法:选取我院2015年4月-2018年8月收住的46例肱骨干骨折患者,根据随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,每组23例.对照组采用切开复位钢板内固定治疗,观察组采用闭合交锁髓内钉内固定治疗.比较2组手术时间、术中出血量、骨折愈合时间及并发症情况.结果:观察组术中出血量、并发症发生率均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组与对照组手术时间、骨折愈合时间不存在统计学差异(P>0.05).结论:与切开复位钢板内固定比较,闭合复位交锁髓内钉治疗可有效减少手术出血量,缩短骨折愈合时间,减少并发症发生,但手术时间不存在统计学差异.Objective:To compare the efficacy of closed reduction and interlocking intramedullary nail fixation with open reduction and plate internal fixation in the treatment of humeral shaft fracture.Methods:46 patients with humeral shaft fracture admitted in our hospital from April 2015 to August 2018 were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,23 cases in each group.The control group was treated with open reduction and plate internal fixation,while the observation group was treated with closed interlocking intramedullary nail internal fixation.The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,fracture healing time and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The amount of bleeding and the incidence of complications in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in operation time and fracture healing time between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Compared with open reduction and plate internal fixation,closed reduction and interlocking intramedullary nail can effectively reduce operative bleeding,shorten fracture healing time and reduce complications,but there is no statistical difference in operative time.
