英国数据档案馆的发展现状及其借鉴

摘　　要：档案数据管理是在信息化条件下对档案数据进行的规划、组织、存储、传输以及安全控制等一系列工作,在档案工作中强调数据管理有助于不断提高数据的开放性、透明性、可用性,促进档案数据资源的共享.本文主要介绍了英国数据档案馆在数据收集、组织与管理、安全控制和数据服务等方面的工作现状,希望为我国的档案数据管理工作带来一定的借鉴.Archive data management is a series of tasks such as planning,organizing,storing,transmitting and security control of archive data under the condition of infomiationization.Emphasizing data management in archives work helps to continuously improve the openness,transparency and usability,of data,and promote the sharing of archival data resources.This paper mainly introduces the current status of data collection,organization,management,security control and data services of the UK Data Archives,and hopes to bring some reference for the management of archives data in China.
