摘　　要：法国外交部档案馆南特外交档案中心,保存着大量有关20世纪上半叶天津法租界和日租界关系的档案。通过对这些档案的梳理和分析可以看出,20世纪的前30年,在津的法日力量基本维持一种势均力敌的状态,而从九一八事变之后,随着日本在华力量的逐渐增强,法租界当局的立场从保持中立逐步演变为与日本人的合作。而这种立场的转变既反映出了世界格局的最新变化,也体现出了帝国主义国家谋求在华利益最大化的野心。The Nantes Diplomatic Archives Center of the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs holds a large collection of historical documents on the relationship between the French Concession area and the Japanese Concession area in Tianjin from the first half of the 20 th century.Through an analysis of these documents,it can be seen that in the first 30 years of the 20 th century,the power of France and Japan in Tianjin basically maintained a level of parity.However,after the September 18 th Incident in 1931,with the surging power of Japan in China,the position of the French Concession Authority gradually shifted from maintaining neutrality to cooperating with the Japanese.The shift in the position not only reflected the latest changes of the international situation,but also revealed the ambitions of the imperialist powers to maximize their interests in China.
