摘　　要：政府支持是区域创新系统建设和创新活动得以顺利开展的重要保障,各国政府均致力于在区域创新实践中更好地发挥其作用。然而,目前研究无法为政府的支持行为提供有力支撑,政府支持是否以及如何影响区域创新绩效仍存在大量未打开的"黑箱"。文章通过对政府支持与区域创新的相关研究进行综述,以期推动政府支持与区域创新关系理论与实践的发展。首先梳理了政府支持"有效论"和"无效论"的基本观点;其次对相关经验研究从三方面进行了分析整理:不同政府支持方式对区域创新绩效的影响、政府支持对区域创新异质性的影响、不同情境因素的影响下政府支持对区域创新绩效的影响;最后总结了现有研究的不足,并对未来的研究方向进行了展望。Government support is an important guarantee for the smooth development of regional innovation system consHtrouwcetivoenr,atnhde icnunrroevnatt iroens eaacrticvhi ticeasn.nGoto vperronvimdee nsttsr oarneg csoupmpmoirttt efodr ttoh be egttoevre rpnlamyeinntg st hseuirp proolrte ibne hraevgiioorn.alT hinerneo vaartei osnti lpl raa cltaircgee.number of unopened"black boxes"for whether and how the government supports regional innovation performance.This paper reviews the related research on government support and regional innovation,with a view to promoting the development of the theory and practice of government support and regional innovation relations.First of all,it sorts out the basic views of the governments support for"effectiveness theory"and"ineffectiveness theory".Secondly,relevant empirical research is analyzed from three aspects:the impact of different government support methods on regional innovation performance,the impact of government support on regional innovation heterogeneity,and the impact of government support on regional innovation performance under the influence of different situational factors.Finally,the shortcomings of the existing research are summarized,and the future research directions are prospected.
