摘 要:针对井口处的连续油管,考虑残余曲率,通过梁弯曲理论推导出连续油管的形态方程和挠度方程,建立了连续油管截面应力模型和最大允许轴向载荷模型。研究表明,连续油管易在凹侧外表面产生过大压应力,发生强度失效;连续油管最大允许轴向载荷随着井口处长度增大而减小,随着连续油管壁厚增大而增大。井口处长度对最大允许轴向载荷起主要作用,在实际应用过程中应尽可能缩短注入头下端和井口位置上端之间的长度。For the coiled tubing at the wellhead,considering the residual curvature,the morphological equation and deflection equation of the coiled tubing were derived by the beam bending theory,and the coiled tubing section stress model and the maximum allowable axial load model were established.The research shows that the coiled tubing is prone to excessive compressive stress on the outer surface of the concave side,and the strength failure occurs.The maximum allowable axial load of the coiled tubing decreases with the length of the wellhead,and increases with the increase of the wall thickness of the coiled tubing.The length at the wellhead plays a major role in the maximum allowable axial load.Therefore,the length between the lower end of the injection head and the upper end of the wellhead position should be as short as possible in practical applications.
