摘 要:针对游梁式抽油机井间隙供液的特点,设计了适用于139.7 mm(5 1/2英寸)套管的井下油水分离器,与游梁式抽油机配套使用,在井下完成油水分离、原油举升和采出水回注工艺。根据游梁抽油机的机构运动规律,推导得出了井下水力旋流器的入口流量波动曲线。将该曲线转换为流体仿真模型的瞬态入口边界条件,数值模拟得出了井下旋流器的三维瞬态流场分布,得到了底流含油浓度波动规律。According to the characteristics of the discontinuous flow of the beam pumping unit,a down-hole oil-water separator suitable for 139.7 mm(5 1/2 inch)casing was designed,which could be used together with the beam pumping unit to complete oil-water separation,crude oil production and water injection process.According to the mechanism of the movement of the beam pumping unit,the inlet flow fluctuation curve of the down-hole hydro-cyclone was derived.The curve was transformed into the transient inlet boundary condition of the CFD simulation model.The three-dimensional transient flow field distribution of the down-hole cyclone was obtained by numerical simulation and the fluctuation law of the oil concentration of the underflow was obtained.
