摘  要:基于稳态计算法对建筑物耗热量指标进行计算。对洛阳市典型既有居住建筑、农房清洁取暖节能改造项目,分析建筑物耗热量构成,得到节能改造的重点为外墙、外门窗和屋顶;农房层数较少,屋顶耗热量比重更大。此外,居住建筑非采暖楼梯间侧墙传热量较大,节能改造时对非采暖楼梯间要提高重视。Based on the steady-state calculation method[1~3],the heat loss index of buildings was obtained.For the clean heating and energy efficiency retrofitting of typical existing residential buildings and existing rural houses in Luoyang,the composition of heat loss of building has been studied.Exterior wall,exterior window and door and roof are the key to energy efficiency retrofitting.As the number of rural house is less,the heat loss of roof is more important to energy efficiency retrofitting.In addition,the heat loss of non-heating staircase side wall is also very important in residential buildings,so attention should be paid to the non-heating staircase side wall in energy efficiency retrofitting.
