摘　　要：针对轨道交通用连接器的可靠性发展需求,分析影响其电接触可靠性的可能因素,综述国内外相关研究成果;以某款烧蚀失效的轨道交通用大电流连接器为例,探讨电触点烧蚀失效的故障机理分析方法、实验验证和解决方案。In view of the reliability development demand of rail transport connectors,this paper analyzes the possible factors affecting the reliability of the electrical contact,and summarizes the relevant research results.Then,taking a large current connector for rail transport with burned failure as an example,this paper discusses the fault mechanism analysis method,experimental verification and solution of burned failure of electric connectors.
