摘　　要：针对可拆插头镀锌螺丝的生锈问题,提出在镀锌层彩色钝化后进行封闭,以防螺丝在振动盘中组装时的镀层和钝化膜磨损。经振动试验和中性盐雾试验验证,在考察的4种工艺中选择了德国HSO Super Coat封闭工艺。此外提出应改善产品的仓储环境。As for the problem of rusting for zinc-plated screws of detachable plugs,it was proposed to seal the zinc coatings after iridescent passivation to prevent the abrasion during assembling in vibrating tray.The HSO Super Coat process from German was selected from four candidates through vibrating test and neutral salt spray test.It was pointed out that the storage environment should be improved.
