七叶皂苷钠联合牛痘疫苗致炎兔皮提取物治疗老年腰椎间盘突出症临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察七叶皂苷钠联合牛痘疫苗致炎兔皮提取物对老年腰椎间盘突出症病人临床疗效及其应用价值。方法选择老年腰椎间盘突出症病人80例,分为七叶皂苷钠治疗组(对照组)和七叶皂苷钠联合牛痘疫苗致炎兔皮提取物治疗组(试验组),每组各40例。采用VAS评估2组病人治疗后疼痛感、麻木感,采用日本骨科协会评估分数(JOA)评估改善率。结果治疗后3、7、10 d,试验组疼痛感、麻木感的VAS评分及JOA评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义。治疗后10 d,2组JOA评分改善率分别为82. 8%、65. 9%,差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。结论老年腰椎间盘突出症病人应用七叶皂苷钠联合牛痘疫苗致炎兔皮提取物治疗可取得良好疗效。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of extracts from rabbit skin inflamed by vaccinia virus combined with seven-leaf saponin sodium on lumbar disc herniation in the elderly.Methods A total of 80 elderly patients with lumbar disc herniation were divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group. The experimental group was treated with extracts from rabbit skin inflamed by vaccinia virus combined with seven-leaf saponin sodium,and the control group was treated with seven-leaf saponin sodium only. The pain and numbness of the patients was assessed with visual analogue scale( VAS),and the therapeutic effect was assessed with JOA scale. Results The scores of the VAS of pain and numbness 3,7 and 10 d after treatment were significantly lower and the scores of JOA 3,7 and 10 d after treatment were significantly higher in experimental group than those in control group( P<0. 05).The improvement rates of JOA score in experimental group was 82. 8%,which was significantly higher than 65. 9% in control group. Conclusions The lumbar disc herniation in the patients could be effectively treated by extracts from rabbit skin inflamed by vaccinia virus combined with seven-leaf saponin sodium treatment.
