摘 要:为改善以聚醚砜涂层的PP熔喷非织造布的空气过滤性能,实验以聚醚砜(PES)为膜材料,N,N-二甲基乙酰胺(DMAc)为溶剂,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)为成孔剂,无机物LiCl、ZnO和SiO 2为添加剂,PP熔喷非织造布作为支撑材料,通过改变无机添加剂的质量分数,从而制备得到不同性能的复合膜材料。通过测试表明,随着添加剂质量分数的增加,LiCl的复合膜透气性下降,过滤性能先提高后下降,膜的孔径降低;ZnO的复合膜透气性先增加后下降,过滤性能有所增加,孔径略有增加;SiO 2的复合膜透气性降低,过滤性能增加,平均孔径降低。In order to improve the air permeability of polyethersulfone-coating PP meltblown nonwovens,composite membrane materials of different properties were prepared with polyethersulfone(PES)as membrane material,N,N-dimethylacetamide(DMAc)as solvent,polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP)as pore-forming agent,LiCl,ZnO and SiO 2 as additive,and PP meltblown nonwoven fabric as supporting material by changing the mass fraction of inorganic additive.Tests show that with the increase of additive concentration,the air permeability of composite membrane with LiCl decreases,the filtration performance improves first and then degrades,and pore diameter of the membrane decreases.The air permeability of composite membrane with ZnO increases first and then decreases,the filtration performance improves,and the pore diameter increases slightly.The air permeability of composite membrane with SiO 2 decreases,the filtration performance improves,and the average pore diameter decreases.
