纬编双面提花面料及其一浴染多色的生产实践

摘　　要：纬编提花面料花型变化丰富。介绍了一款原创性双面提花的成熟工艺,采用锦纶重网丝和涤纶高弹丝为原料,利用提花花型软件设计,双面提花机织造,开发出一款纬编双面提花面料。介绍了面料的编织工艺和其一浴染多色的染整工艺,并测试了面料的常规使用性能。结果表明面料测试性能良好,多色提花后具有多叶草花型效果,外观美观个性化突出,弹性良好,为开发新型个性化纬编提花面料提供参考。Weft-knitting jacquard fabrics have rich variations.In this study,an original mature double-sided jacquard process is presented.A weft-knitting double-sided jacquard fabric is developed with nylon heavy mesh yarn and polyester high-elastic yarn as raw materials with a double-sided jacquard machine and jacquard pattern design software.The weaving process and dyeing and finishing process of one-bath multi-color dyeing are introduced,and the general performance of the fabric is tested.Results show that the fabric has good performance,has the effect of multi-leaf flower pattern after multi-color jacquard process,looks beautiful and individualized,and has good elasticity.This can provide a reference for the development of new personalized weft-knitted jacquard fabrics.
