摘 要:目的 分析诱发电位地形图、B型超声显像法在妊娠子痫早期诊断中的应用。方法 选择86例妊娠子痫患者为研究对象,依据诊断方法分为诱发电位地形图组、B型超声显像组,分别给予患者诱发电位地形图诊断、B型超声显像诊断。对比诊断效用及妊娠子痫的影像学表现。结果 地形图组妊娠子痫诊断特异度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值及符合率,高于B型超声显像组(P<0.05)。诱发电位地形图诊断妊娠子痫的脑出血、脑水肿、波幅异常率,高于B型超声显像诊断(P<0.05)。结论 妊娠子痫患者的早期诊断中,相对B型超声显像法,诱发电位脑电图检查技术在识别妊娠子痫准确性、敏感性等方面具有优势。Objective To analyze the application of evoked potential topography and B-mode ultrasound in the early diagnosis of pregnant eclampsia.Methods 86 cases of pregnant eclampsia were selected as the research object.According to the diagnostic method,they were divided into evoked potential topography group and B-mode ultrasound imaging group.86 cases of pregnant eclampsia were diagnosed by evoked potential topography and B-mode ultrasound respectively.The diagnostic efficacy and imaging manifestations of pregnant eclampsia were compared.Results The diagnostic specificity,positive predictive value,negative predictive value and coincidence rate of topographic map group were higher than those of B-mode ultrasound imaging group(P<0.05).The abnormal rate of cerebral hemorrhage,brain edema and wave amplitude in the diagnosis of pregnant eclampsia by evoked potential topography was higher than that by B-mode ultrasonography(P<0.05).Conclusion C ompared w ith B-mode u ltrasonography,evoked potential electroencephalogram(EPEEG)has certain advantages in early diagnosis of pregnant eclampsia in recognizing the accuracy and sensitivity of pregnant eclampsia.
