摘 要:为评价不同花生品种(系)苗期的抗旱性,本试验将聚乙二醇(PEG-6000)加入到MS0培养基模拟干旱胁迫,测定不同浓度PEG-6000胁迫条件下12个花生品种(系)离体主茎的生根特性,应用隶属函数法评价其苗期抗旱性。结果表明,45 g/L是评价花生品种(系)苗期抗旱性的适宜PEG-6000浓度。根据隶属函数值,花育16号的抗旱性最强,花育19号和H1816为中等抗旱品种(系),弱抗旱品种(系)为C70532、花育46、花育9812、NP13、H2833、丰花1号和花育45号,不抗旱品种(系)为花育53号和花育25号。In order to evaluate drought resistance of peanut varieties( lines) at seedling stage,the PEG-6000 was added into the MS0 medium to simulate water stress. The rooting characteristics of main stems of 12 peanut varieties( lines) at different concentrations of PEG-6000 were measured,and their drought resistances were evaluated by membership function method. The results showed that 45 g/L of PEG-6000 was suitable for evaluating the drought resistance of peanut varieties( lines). According to the membership function value,Huayu 16 had the highest drought resistance,followed by Huayu 19 and H1816 with moderate drought resistance. The weak drought-resistant varieties included C70532,Huayu 46,Huayu 9812,NP13,H2833,Fenghua 1 and Huayu 45. Huayu 53 and Huayu 25 had no drought resistance.
