摘 要:通过田间小区试验研究不同肥料配施促进翅碱蓬生长及其对盐碱土修复的影响。结果表明,施肥不同程度地改善了盐碱地土壤的营养状况,促进翅碱蓬的生长,增强吸收土壤中盐分离子的能力,降低盐碱度,从而提高了土壤酶活性和土壤团聚性。其中,氮肥处理效果最佳,与对照比,土壤全盐量降低30.3%,碱性磷酸酶活性提高68.4%,脲酶活性增加1.5倍,土壤团聚性增加,土壤平均重量直径增加28.7%。其次是钾肥处理,碱性磷酸酶活性提高43.5%,脲酶活性增加50.0%,土壤平均重量直径增加25.8%。因此,本研究认为,氮肥对盐碱地碱蓬生长及土壤营养改善效果较好,而氮肥配施钾肥对促进碱蓬生长以改良盐碱地更具有生态意义。The field plot experiment was conducted to study the effects of different fertilizer treatments on saline-alkali soil improvement through promoting the growth of Suaeda salsa. The results showed that fertilization improved the nutrient status of saline-alkali soils,promoted the growth of S. salsa,enhanced the ability to absorb salt segregants in soil,and reduce the salinity,thus the soil enzyme activities and soil agglomeration were improved. Among them,the nitrogen treatment( NF) had the best effect;com;pared with the control,the soil total salt decreased by 30. 3%,the alkaline phosphatase activity increased by 68. 4%,the urease activity increased by 1. 5 times,the soil agglomeration increased and the soil average weight diameter increased by 28. 7%. It was followed by the potassium fertilizer treatment,and the alkaline phosphatase activity increased by 43. 5%,the urease activity increased by 50. 0% and the soil average weight diameter increased by 25. 8%. Therefore,nitrogen fertilizer was more beneficial to the growth of Suaeda salsa and the improvement of soil nutrition;the com;bined application of potassium fertilizer and nitrogen fertilizer had more ecological significances to the growth of Suaeda salsa and the improvement of saline-alkali soil.
