经阴道超声诊断绝经后阴道出血的临床价值探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨绝经后阴道出血使用经阴道超声检查的临床价值。方法:选择大连市妇产医院2017年1月~2018年11月门诊收治的116例绝经后阴道出血患者为研究对象,所有患者均行经阴道超声检查,并且将诊断性刮宫病理检查结果作为基本依据,对阴道超声检查的符合率进行分析。结果:所有患者均顺利完成经阴道超声检查,其中5例为子宫内膜癌,15例为子宫内膜息肉,10例为子宫内膜炎,25例为子宫内膜增生,57例为萎缩性子宫内膜,5例为正常子宫内膜,随后与诊断性刮宫病理进行比较,其中111例确诊,5例误诊,诊断准确率为95.69%,超声与病理检查的诊断准确率比较无差异(P>0.05)。结论:临床上给予绝经后阴道出血患者经阴道超声检查具有较高的准确率,可以为治疗提供有效依据。Objective:To explore the clinical value of transvaginal ultrasound for postmenopausal vaginal bleeding.Methods:One hundred and sixteen patients with postmenopausal vaginal bleeding admitted to Dalian Maternity Hospital from January 2017 to November 2018 were selected as the research subjects.All patients underwent transvaginal ultrasonography,and the results of diagnostic curettage were used as the basis To analyze the compliance rate of vaginal ultrasound.Results:All patients successfully completed transvaginal ultrasonography,of which 5 cases were endometrial cancer,15 cases were endometrial polyps,10 cases were endometritis,25 cases were endometrial hyperplasia,and 57 cases were atrophic.In the endometrium,5 cases were normal endometrium,and then compared with diagnostic curettage pathology,of which 111 cases were confirmed,5 cases were misdiagnosed,and the diagnosis accuracy rate was 95.69%.>0.05).Conclusion:Transvaginal ultrasonography in patients with postmenopausal vaginal bleeding has a higher accuracy rate and can provide an effective basis for treatment.
