四肢联动康复训练系统配合康复训练对脑卒中康复期膝过伸疗效的影响

摘　　要：目的:评价四肢联动康复配合康复训练对脑卒中膝过伸患者的临床影响,为脑卒中患者临床干预工作提供参考。方法:选择本院2017年6月~2018年8月收治处在康复阶段的脑卒中患者,总计82例。进行82例脑卒中患者康复方法随机分组,各41例。对照组41例脑卒中患者接受康复训练,观察组41例脑卒中患者接受康复训练配合四肢联动康复。对比对照组以及观察组脑卒中患者膝过伸纠正有效率以及干预期间患者肢体运动功能评分以及下肢运动功能评分改善情况。结果:观察组脑卒中患者膝过伸纠正有效率以及干预后指标评分明显高于对照组,P<0.05有统计学意义。结论:四肢联动康复加行康复训练可以促进脑卒中患者膝过伸纠正,从而提高患者肢体运动功能、下肢运动功能。Objective:To evaluate the clinical impact of limb joint rehabilitation combined with rehabilitation training on patients with stroke and knee extension,and to provide reference for clinical intervention of stroke patients.Methods:A total of 82 stroke patients were selected from the hospital during the rehabilitation period from June 2017 to August 2018.The rehabilitation methods of 82 stroke patients were randomly divided into 41 cases each.In the control group,41 stroke patients received rehabilitation training,and 41 patients in the observation group received rehabilitation training and limb joint rehabilitation.The effective rate of knee overextension correction and the improvement of limb motor function score and lower limb motor function score during the intervention were compared between the control group and the observation group.Results:The effective rate of knee overextension correction and the score of postoperative intervention in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,P<0.05 was statistically significant.Conclusion:Rehabilitation training of limbs combined with rehabilitation can promote the correction of knee overextension in stroke patients,thus improving the limb motor function and lower limb motor function.
