血液透析仪滤过治疗尿毒症皮肤瘙痒的临床分析

摘　　要：目的:研究探讨治疗尿毒症皮肤瘙痒,血液透析仪滤过治疗临床疗效分析。方法:研究对象以本院2018年1月~2019年1月接诊的96例尿毒症皮肤瘙痒患者为基础,按接诊顺序随机分为两组,研究组与对照组均48例患者,两组患者均给予血液透析仪治疗,对照组联合抗组胺药口服,并给予乳化油剂外擦治疗,研究组联合药用炭片口服治疗,统计两组治疗效果,对患者皮肤干燥及瘙痒程度进行评估与对比。结果:研究组显效33例,有效10例,治疗有效率为89.58%,明显高于对照组治疗有效率64.58%(P<0.05),对比存在统计学意义,治疗后研究组患者皮肤瘙痒程度评分(2.15±0.59)分,皮肤干燥程度评分(0.59±0.13)分,均优于对照组(P<0.05),对比存在统计学意义。结论:药用炭联合血液透析仪滤过治疗尿毒症皮肤瘙痒有显著疗效,患者皮肤瘙痒与干燥程度明显减轻,应用价值较高。Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of treatment of uremia skin pruritus and hemodialysis filtration.Methods:Based on 96 uremia skin pruritus patients admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019,the study subjects were randomly divided into two groups according to the order of consultation.There were 48 patients in both the research group and the control group.Hemodialysis machine treatment,the control group combined with oral antihistamines and external rubbing oil treatment,the study group combined with medicinal charcoal tablets for oral treatment,the treatment effects of the two groups were counted,and the patientsʼskin dryness and itching were evaluated and compared..Results:33 cases in the study group were markedly effective,10 cases were effective,and the treatment effective rate was 89.58%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group.The treatment effective rate was 64.58%(P<0.05).The comparison was statistically significant.(2.15±0.59),the score of skin dryness(0.59±0.13)was better than the control group(P<0.05),and the comparison was statistically significant.Conclusion:Medicinal charcoal combined with hemodialyzer filtration has a significant effect in treating uremia skin pruritus.The patientʼs skin itching and dryness are significantly reduced,and the application value is high.
