观察肝病红外治疗仪联合针灸对肝郁脾虚型肝硬化代偿期患者的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:观察并探讨肝病红外治疗仪联合针灸对肝郁脾虚型肝硬化代偿期患者的临床疗效。方法:选择2013年1月~2018年12月至本门诊诊疗的50例肝郁脾虚型肝硬化代偿期患者,以随机抽签的方式将全部患者均分为对照组及观察组,各25例。对照组使用肝病红外治疗仪治疗,观察组以对照组治疗方案为基础联合针灸治疗,对两组临床疗效、FibroScan分级评分、中医症候积分进行对比。结果:观察组在总体有效率、各中医症候积分方面比对照组更优,组间差异明显,有统计学意义,P<0.05;FibroScan分级评分方面,两组治疗后的FibroScan分级评分均优于治疗前,组内差异明显,有统计学意义,P<0.05,但两组在FibroScan分级评分方面无明显差异,无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论:肝郁脾虚型肝硬化代偿期患者采取肝病红外治疗仪联合针灸治疗能够改善临床症状,提升临床治疗效果。Objective:To observe and explore the clinical effect of hepatic infra-red therapeutic apparatus combined with acupuncture on patients with liver stagnation and spleen deficiency type cirrhosis.Methods:A total of 50 patients with hepatic spleen-deficiency cirrhosis-compensated patients from January 2013 to December 2018 were enrolled in our outpatient clinic.All patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,25 cases each.The control group was treated with liver disease infrared therapy device.The observation group was treated with acupuncture treatment based on the treatment plan of the control group.The clinical efficacy,FibroScan grading score and TCM symptom score were compared.Results:The observation group was better than the control group in overall efficiency and TCM syndrome scores.The difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The FibroScan grading score was better than the treatment in the FibroScan grading score.Before,the differences within the group were statistically significant,P<0.05,but there was no significant difference in FibroScan grading score between the two groups,no statistical significance,P>0.05.Conclusion:Patients with liver stagnation and spleen-deficiency cirrhosis compensated patients with liver disease infrared therapy combined with acupuncture treatment can improve clinical symptoms and improve clinical treatment effect,which is worthy of promotion.
