超声雾化并超短波辅助治疗小儿肺炎和支气管炎的方法和临床应用

摘　　要：目的:分析超声雾化并超短波辅助治疗小儿肺炎和支气管炎的方法和临床应用效果。方法:选取本院2018年1月~2019年1月收治的60例小儿肺炎和支气管炎的患儿,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组行常规超声雾化治疗,观察组行超声雾化并超短波辅助治疗,对比两组治疗有效率、临床症状消失时间、住院时间。结果:观察组患儿治疗有效率为96.67%(29/30),临床症状消失时间为(3.2±1.5)d,住院时间为(9.1±2.3)d。对照组患儿治疗有效率为80.00%(24/30),临床症状消失时间为(4.3±2.2)d,住院时间为(11.4±2.5)d。两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05,χ2=19.006,t=6.936、8.054)。结论:超声雾化并超短波辅助,可提升小儿肺炎和支气管炎的治疗效果,患儿住院时间和临床症状消失时间也较短。Objective:To analyze the methods and clinical application effects of ultrasonic atomization and ultrashort wave therapy in the treatment of children with pneumonia and bronchitis.Methods:Sixty children with pneumonia and bronchitis admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,30 cases in each group.The control group underwent conventional ultrasonic atomization treatment,and the ultrasound atomization and ultrashort wave adjuvant therapy were observed.The effective treatment,the disappearance time of clinical symptoms and the hospitalization time were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.67%(29/30),the time to disappear clinical symptoms was(3.2±1.5)days,and the length of hospital stay was(9.1±2.3)days.The effective rate of treatment in the control group was 80.00%(24/30),the time to disappear clinical symptoms was(4.3±2.2)days,and the length of hospital stay was(11.4±2.5)days.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05,χ2=19.006,t=6.936,8.054).Conclusion:Ultrasonic nebulization and ultrashort wave assist can improve the therapeutic effect of pneumonia and bronchitis in children,and the hospitalization time and clinical symptoms disappeared.
