小钛板在游离血管化腓骨修复下颌骨中的应用

摘　　要：目的:对使用小钛板固定修复下颌骨缺损的血管化游离腓骨的疗效进行分析。方法:28例下颌骨缺损采用血管化腓骨修复,小钛板固定。结果:采用小钛板固定的腓骨28例全部成活。27例一期愈合。1例感染二期愈合。结论:小钛板固定血管化游离腓骨效果良好。Objective:To analyze the curative effect of repairing vascularized fibula of mandibular defect with small titanium plate fixation.Methods:28 cases of mandibular defects were repaired with vascularized fibula and fixed with small titanium plate.Results:All 28 cases of fibula fixed with small titanium plates survived.27 cases healed in the first stage.One case healed in two stages.Conclusion:The small titanium plate fixation of vascularized free fibula is good and worthy of promotion.
