摘 要:目的对百色市锰暴露工人职业健康检查数据进行分析,为实施职业健康管理和干预提供依据。方法从百色市职业健康检查机构收集职业锰暴露工人健康检查资料,包括年龄、性别、工龄等一般情况资料及高血压、尿常规、血常规、肝功能、胸片等体检资料,使用Excel 2010对数据进行录入,采用SPSS 19.0统计软件对数据进行统计分析。结果共调查1061位作业工人,男性877人(82.66%),女性184人(17.34%);其中高血压人数219人(20.64%),尿常规异常人数138人(13.01%),血常规异常人数166人(15.56%),肝功能异常人数150人(14.14%),心电图异常人数154人(14.51%)。不同年龄段男性工人高血压患病率、血常规、尿常规异常检出率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同年龄、性别、工龄与尿锰含量之间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论锰暴露工人存在职业健康风险,但尚未发现职业病,应继续加强职业健康监护及职业性有害因素的监测。Objective To analyze the data on occupational health examination for manganese exposed Workers in Baise and provide evidence for the implementation of occupational health management and intervention.Methods The health examination data of manganese exposed Workers was collected from the occupational health inspection agency,including general information such as age,gender,and working length,and physical examination data such as hypertension,urine routine,blood routine,liver function,and chest radiograph.The data was entered using Excel 2010,and statistical analysis was performed using SPSS19.0.Results A total of 1,061 workers were surveyed,877(82.66%)males and 184 females(17.34%).There were 219 workers(20.64%)with hypertension,138(13.01%)with abnormal urine routines,166(15.56%)with abnormal blood routine,150(14.14%)with abnormal liver function,and 154(14.51%)with abnormal electrocardiogram.Significant differences were found in the prevalences of hypertension,blood routine,and abnormal urine routine among male workers of different ages(P<0.05).There were significant differences in the urinary manganese content among the workers of different age,gender and working length(P<0.05).Conclusions Manganese exposed workers have occupational health risks,but no occupational diseases have been found.Occupational health surveillance and monitoring of occupational harmful factors should continue to be strengthened.
