免中涂工艺条件下加油口盖色差问题的解决

摘  要:相较于传统工艺,免中涂工艺的涂料遮盖力较低,尤其是追求高闪烁度效果的浅色漆更是如此。塑料加油口盖因其本身质量较轻以及防腐优势被广泛应用于车身上。而塑料加油口盖自身的颜色与车身的电泳色存在差异,导致完成白车身浅颜色喷涂后加油口盖与车身出现色差问题。着重介绍塑料加油口盖在线喷涂过程中产生色差的原因以及解决思路,为其他主机厂提供经验借鉴。Compared with the traditional 3C2B process,the hiding power of coatings in the midcoat-free process is lower,especially for light-colored paint that pursue high-gloss effect.Plastic filler lids are widely used on vehicles due to their light weight and excellent corrosion resistance.However,there is a color difference between the plastic filler lid and the electrophoretic color of the vehicle body,which results in the problem of color difference between the fuel filler lid and the vehicle body after painted.This article focuses on the analysis of the reasons for the color difference caused by the online spraying of plastic filler lids and the solution ideas,and provides experience for other OEMs.
