参麦注射液联合西药治疗心力衰竭的效果及对超声心动图参数的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨参麦注射液联合西药治疗心力衰竭的效果及对超声心动图参数的影响。方法选取2017年10月-2018年10月于我院住院治疗的198例慢性心力衰竭患者做为分析对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组(99例)及对照组(99例)。对照组患者给予常规西药治疗,观察组患者在此基础上联合使用参麦注射液治疗。观察治疗前、治疗1个月后两组患者超声心动图参数[左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室内径(LAD)、左室收缩末内经(LVESD)、左室舒张末内径(LVEDD)、]及B型钠尿肽(BNP)变化情况,并记录两组患者临床疗效。结果观察组患者临床总有效率明显高于对照组(P均<0.05);两组患者LVEF、LAD、LVESD、LVEDD及BNP均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论参麦注射液结合西药治疗心力衰竭疗效显著,能显著改善患者超声心动图参数,提高患者心功能。Objective To explore the effects of Shenmai injection combined with western medicine on heart failure and its influence on echocardiographic parameters.Methods A total of 198 patients with chronic heart failure who were hospitalized in our hospital from October 2017 to October 2018 were selected for the study and divided into observation group(99 cases)and control group(99 cases)according to the random number table method.Control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and observation group was treated with Shenmai injection on this basis.The echocardiographic parameters[left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular diameter(LAD),left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVESD),left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD)]and B-type natriuretic peptide(BNP)were observed in the two groups before treatment and after 1 month of treatment,and the clinical efficacy was recorded in the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(all P<0.05).The LVEF,LAD,LVESD,LVEDD and BNP in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the indexes in observation group were lower than those in control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Shenmai injection combined with western medicine has significant efficacy in the treatment of heart failure,and it can significantly improve the echocardiographic parameters and enhance the cardiac function.
