摘　　要：为了提高校园管理,采用CAD软件绘制了房屋的平面信息图,使用3D Max软件对现实的建筑建立虚拟模型,并将仿真的建筑模型导入到Converse 3D场景编辑器中进行虚拟现实的构建.最后将该房屋管理系统应用于某校的校园管理中,经过测试,该显示方法更加直观、清晰、有助于校园展示和管理.To improve the campus management,we use CAD software to draw the plan of the buildings,use 3D Max to construct the virtual model of the real buildings,and then import the simulated model of the buildings into the scene editor of converse 3D to construct the virtual reality.Finally,the house management system is applied to the campus management of a school.The test shows that this method of campus management is more direct,clearer,and conducive to campus display and management.
