摘　　要：目前移网和固网业务采用独立的网络进行控制和承载,存在结构复杂、层级冗长、管理维护复杂等诸多问题,研究了基于SDN的城域综合承载网络的参考架构及网络转发面、控制面和管理面的技术要求,给出了演进过渡方案。研究成果有利于运营商统筹整合现有固网资源和移网资源,发挥协同效应,扩大网络覆盖范围,提高网络利用率,同时可节约网络建设和运营成本,实现固网和移网业务有效益的规模化发展。At present,mobile and fixed network services are controlled and carried by independent networks. There are many problems,such as complex structure,redundant hierarchy,complex management and maintenance. It studies the reference architecture of SDN-based metropolitan integrated bearer network and the technical requirements of network forwarding,control and management,and gives the evolutionary transition scheme. The research results are helpful for operators to integrate the existing fixed network resources and mobile network resources,exert synergistic effect,expand network coverage and improve network utilization rate. At the same time,it can save network construction and operation costs,realize the effective and large-scale development of fixed network and mobile network services.
