摘  要:无刷双馈电机存在特殊性,其定子上有两套极对数不同的绕组,对于确定极对数的两套绕组,其极对数组合形式对电机性能有一定程度的影响。以绕线转子无刷双馈电机的等效电路为基础,推导空载和负载状态下转子电流和功率绕组侧输出相电压与控制绕组励磁电流之间的关系,以及负载状态下系统输出功率与控制绕组励磁电流之间的关系。利用有限元法对2/4、1/3对极电机分别在两种极对数组合下的性能进行研究,通过实验证明了理论推导及有限元分析的正确性,实验结果也表明选择极对数较小的绕组作为功率绕组的电机具有转子电流小、饱和程度低、运行范围广、功率绕组侧输出电压高和系统输出功率大等优点。The brushless doubly-fed machine(BDFM) has its characteristics. There are two sets of windings with different pole pairs on the stator. For the two sets of windings for determining pole pairs, different combination of pole pairs has certain influence on the performance of the m achine. The relationship between the rotor current, the output voltage of power winding(PW) side and the excitation current of control winding(CW) under no-load and load conditions, also the relationship between system output power and excitation current of control winding under load condition are derived based on the equivalent circuit of the BDFM with wound rotor. The performance of machines under two combinations of pole pairs(2/4 or 1/3) are studied by finite element method. The correctness of theoretical derivation and finite element analysis is verified by experiments. The experimental results also indicate that the machine with a PW of small pole pairs has the advantages of small rotor current, low saturation, wide operating range, high output voltage on the PW side, and large system output power.
