摘　　要：“一个国家选择什么样的治理体系,是由这个国家的历史传承、文化传统、经济社会发展水平决定的,是由这个国家的人民决定的。”当代的国家治理体系与治理能力是历史发展的逻辑结果。中国古代国家经济治理思想在春秋战国时期的社会变革中形成并汲取了百家争鸣各家思想,主要包括农本思想、民本思想和政府干预思想。这些思想对当代中国的治理思想奠定了坚实基础,新时代促进国家治理体系现代化,提高国家治理效能的政治实践中,我们受其启示,就应该坚持习近平总书记的“三农”治理思想;坚持以人民为中心的治理思想;坚持更好发挥政府积极作用的治理思想。"What kind of governance system a country chooses is determined by the country's historical heritage,cultural traditions,economic and social development level,and is determined by the people of this country."The contemporary state governance system and governance capacity are the logical result of historical development.The thought of economic governance in ancient China was formed in the era of social transformation during the Spring and Autumn Period and the Warring States Period,and absorbed hundreds of ideas,including agricultural ideas,people-oriented ideas and ideas of government intervention.These ideas have laid a solid foundation for the governance thought of contemporary China.In the political practice of promoting the modernization of the national governance system and improving the efficiency of national governance in the new era,we should be instructed by the"three nong"governance thought and the people-centered governance thinking,and adhere to the governance ideas that emphasize the positive role of the government.
