摘　　要：为了培养能够治理社会的君子而恢复社会秩序,孔子提出了为政以德的管理模式。它包括“道之以德”“齐之以礼”“有耻且格”三方面的内容。好的管理应该是凭籍管理者的德行的感召与示范,并辅之以制度规范的约束,使得被管理者有明确的荣辱观与是非观。该模式具有重视管理软实力、体现了迂回思维的妙趣与智慧、具有超功利性等特征。为政以德管理模式的这些内涵与特征对当今管理具有一定的启示意义。In order to cultivate a gentleman who can govern society and restore its order,Confucius puts forward the management mode of"governing by virtue".It includes three aspects:people are led by virtue,order is kept by the rites,and they would be conscientious and act in accordance with what is right.With the inspiration and demonstration of the virtue of managers and the restraint of institutional norms,staff can be independent,intuitive and spontaneous because they have a clear outlook on honor and disgrace and right and wrong.This is what we call excellent management.This model has the characteristics of emphasizing the soft power of management,reflecting the wit and wisdom of indirect thinking,and transcends u tilitarianism.These connotations and characteristicing have certain values for today’s management.
