多层螺旋CT在乳腺疾病检查中的诊断价值分析

摘　　要：目的探讨乳腺疾病应用多层螺旋CT诊断的价值。方法回顾性分析本院2018年1月至2018年12月接收经病理学检查确诊为乳腺疾病的145例患者的影像检查资料,所有患者均予以多层螺旋CT检查,以病理学检查结果作为"金标准",评价影像诊断的效果及CT影像表现。结果病理学显示145例患者31例为乳腺癌,48例为乳腺囊肿,56例为乳腺纤维瘤,10例为乳腺小叶增生,CT诊断142例,准确率为97.93%。结论对于乳腺疾病,采用多层螺旋CT诊断具有较高的显示及鉴别价值,值得推广。Objective To explore the value of multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of breast diseases. Methods A retrospective analysis of145 patients who underwent pathological examination of breast disease from January 2018 to December 2018 was performed. All patients underwent multi-slice spiral CT examination with pathological findings as "gold." Standard", evaluate the effect of image diagnosis and CT image performance. Results Pathology showed that in 145 patients 31 were breast cancer, 48 were breast cysts, 56 were breast fibroma, 10 were breast lobular hyperplasia, and 142 were diagnosed by CT. The accuracy rate was 97.93%. Conclusion For breast diseases, multi-slice spiral CT diagnosis has a high display and identification value, which is worthy of promotion.
