气压弹道碎石联合前列腺电切术治疗前列腺增生合并膀胱结石的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨气压弹道碎石术与前列腺电切术联合治疗对前列腺增生合并膀胱结石患者的治疗效果。方法回顾性分析2016年10月至2018年12月在本院接受治疗的前列腺增生合并膀胱结石患者98例的临床资料,按照治疗方案的不同分为对照组(手术取石,49例)与观察组(气压弹道碎石术+前列腺电切术,49例),比较两组围术期相关指标与术后疼痛程度。结果观察组手术时间与取石时间均长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术中出血量、膀胱冲洗与导管留置时间明显少于对照组,术后疼痛程度明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论前列腺增生合并膀胱结石患者经气压弹道碎石术与前列腺电切术联合治疗,可有效缩短膀胱冲洗与导管留置时间,减少术后出血量,减轻术后疼痛程度。Objective To investigate the curative effects of pneumatic lithotripsy combined with transurethral resection of prostate(TURP) in treatment of prostatic hyperplasia and bladder stone. Methods The clinical data of patients 98 cases with prostatic hyperplasia and bladder stone who treated in the hospital from October 2016 to December 2018 were retrospectively analyzed. They were divided into control group(stone removal operation, 49 cases) and observation group(pneumatic lithotripsy+TURP, 49 cases) according to the treatment regimens. The perioperative indexes and postoperative pain degree were compared between the two groups. Results The operation time and stone removal time in observation group were longer than those in control group(P<0.05). The intraoperative bleeding volume, bladder irrigation time and catheter indwelling time in observation group were less than those in control group, the postoperative pain degree of observation group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Pneumatic lithotripsy combined with TURP in treatment of prostatic hyperplasia and bladder stone can effectively shorten bladder irrigation time and catheter indwelling time, reduce postoperative bleeding volume, and decrease postoperative pain degree.
