民族药麻疙瘩的临床运用

摘　　要：目的调查民族药麻疙瘩的临床运用情况,为进一步开发和使用提供参考。方法运用Excel软件对玉溪市中医医院2015年至2017年民族药麻疙瘩处方的使用剂量、适应证、患者年龄、患者性别、使用方法进行统计、分析。结果本院2015年至2017年共有8 695张处方使用麻疙瘩,主要处方剂量为20、30 g,使用年龄主要在45~60岁,使用患者女性多于男性,最主要的适应证为腰椎间盘突出、颈椎病、腰腿痛、骨质疏松、骨性关节炎等,主要用法为水煎服、泡酒服和外用。结论麻疙瘩的主要适应证、用法与《草药讲义》、《全国中草药汇编》等传统文献记载相符;主要用量为20~30 g,若进行药效学、毒理学的研究,可以参考此剂量进行研究;麻疙瘩在腰椎间盘突出症上的临床运用最多,可以进一步研究麻疙瘩在腰椎间盘突出症运用中的药效学及相应作用机制等。Objective To investigate the clinical application of the national medicine of leprosy and provide reference for its further development and use. Methods Excel software was used to analyze the dosage, indication, age, gender and method of use of the prescription of leprosy in Yuxi City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from 2015 to 2017. Results There were 8 695 prescriptions for leprosy in our hospital from 2015 to2017. The main prescription dosage was 20 and 30 g. The age of use was mainly between 45-60 years old. More women than men used leprosy. The main indications were lumbar disc herniation, cervical spondylosis, lumbar and leg pain, osteoporosis and osteoarthritis. The main methods were decoction. Clothing, liquor and exterior clothing. Conclusion The main indications and usage of leprosy are consistent with the traditional literature records such as Herbal Medicine Lecture and National Chinese Herbal Medicine Compilation. The main dosage of leprosy is 20-30 g, which can be used for reference in pharmacodynamic and toxicological studies. The clinical application of leprosy in lumbar intervertebral disc herniation is the most common. To further study the pharmacodynamics and mechanism of leprosy in the application of lumbar disc herniation.
