渤海油田某井震击器断裂落井事故分析

摘　　要：在海上钻井施工过程中,由于钻具故障带来井下事故是时有发生的,部分事故是由于工具质量导致,还有一部分往往与工具使用及现场操作方面有关,造成的经济损失也是巨大的。A5井是渤海油田施工的一口探井,在处理井下复杂情况时,由于震击器断裂导致井下事故。文章详细介绍了该事故发生的原因、处理工艺措施。最终该井事故成功处理,为钻井作业处理同类事故积累了丰富的经验。In the process of offshore drilling construction,downhole accidents caused by drilling tool failure occur from time to time,some of them are caused by tool quality,and some of them are often related to tool use and operation,resulting in huge economic losses. Well A5 is an exploratory well constructed in Bohai oil field. When dealing with the complex underground situation,the downhole accident is caused by the fracture of jar. This paper introduces the cause of the accident and the treatment measures in detail. Finally,the successful treatment of the well accident has accumulated rich experience for the drilling operation to deal with similar accidents.
