摘　　要：反应器部分出现内构件问题主要体现为:正常催化剂循环流程催化剂藏量降低,直观表现为料斗料位下降,各反温降出现后移现象,同时伴随着产品芳烃转化率、汽油收率下降,如果泄漏发生在四反,伴随着重整进料换热器热端压差增大,循环氢压缩机出口压力上升,循环氢流量下降情况;对于部分反应器扇形筒底部未开口装置,还会产生反应器压差上升现象。Reactor part of the inner component problems mainly embodied in:normal catalyst circulation flow catalyst inventory reduction,intuitive performance for the hopper level drops,the temperature drop phenomenon back,at the same time accompanied by aromatic hydrocarbons conversion products,gasoline yield decline,if leakage occurs in the back four,accompanied by reforming the heat exchanger the feed end differential pressure increases,circulating hydrogen compressor outlet pressure rise,circulating hydrogen flow rate decline;For some reactor fan tube bottom not open device,there will be reactor pressure rise phenomenon.
