摘　　要：为了有效动用强边底水稠油油藏相关区块储量,提高采收率,开展了转换开发方式稠油冷采技术的研究,遵循"一块一法,一井一策"的原则,取得了良好的现场开发效果,形成了针对太平油田强边底水稠油油藏有效的开发方式。In order to effectively utilize the reserve of the relevant blocks of heavy oil reservoir with strong edge and bottom water and improve the recovery rate,the research of cold heavy oil production technology with conversion development mode has been carried out. Following the principle of "one block,one well,one policy",good field development results have been achieved,and an effective development method for heavy oil reservoir with strong edge and bottom water has been formed in Taiping Oilfield.
