摘 要:SLCO1B1基因在肝脏中表达,具有种族特异性及遗传多态性,介导多种内源性及外源性物质在肝脏内的转运。SLCO1B1基因多态性已被证实在不同种族人群中同血脂异常水平有关,表现为不同种族的不同基因型血脂异常水平的不同。同时SLCO1B1基因多态性影响2型糖尿病患者使用降糖药物后的血糖水平。由于2型糖尿病患者容易发生血脂水平的异常,近年来研究发现,SLCO1B1基因多态性同2型糖尿病人群血脂异常水平有关,但具体机制尚待进一步研究。本文就SLCO1B1基因多态性与2型糖尿病患者血脂异常的关系做一综述。The SLCO1 B1 gene is expressed in the liver and has racial-specific and genetic polymorphisms that mediate the transport of a variety of endogenous and exogenous substances in the liver. SLCO1 B1 gene polymorphisms have been linked to dyslipidemia levels in different ethnic groups, different levels of dyslipidemia in different genotypes of different races. At the same time, SLCO1 B1 gene polymorphisms affect blood glucose levels in patients with type 2 diabetes after taking hypoglycemic drugs. Because patients with type 2 diabetes are prone to abnormal blood lipid levels,studies in recent years have found that the SLCO1 B1 gene polymorphism is associated with abnormal blood lipid levels in people with type 2 diabetes, but the specific mechanism remains to be further studied. This article reviews the relationship between the SLCO1 B1 gene polymorphism and dyslipidemia in patients with type 2 diabetes.
