摘　　要：新形势下的高校校报急需找到新的办报模式,以解决行政化、本位化等诸多弊端。通过绩效管理、受众本位、资源整合等方式,对高校校报办报模式进行改革改造,是一个行之有效的办法。Under the new situation,the university newspaper urgently needs to find a new mode of running the newspaper in order to solve many disadvantages,such as administration,standard and so on.It is an effective way to reform and reform the mode of running newspapers in colleges and universities through performance management,audience standard,resource integration and so on.
