摘 要:创新能力是每一个个体的本质需要,潜藏在每个人的素质当中。本次问卷调查了学生对自身创新能力的认同及需求情况。从学生对教学形式、课堂参与情况及课堂氛围的喜好三方面进行了调查分析。结果表明:学生认为教学形式对自身创新能力的培养有影响作用,而课堂参与情况及课堂氛围对自身创新能力的培养影响视情况而定。因此,建议在教学中充分利用学生喜爱的高校课堂氛围及巧妙地融入讨论、思考等教学形式促进学生自身创新能力的培养。Innovation ability is the essential need of each individual and hidden in the quality of each person.This questionnaire research on the identity and demand of the cultivation of self-innovation capability for the medical students.This paper makes an investigation and analysis from three aspects:teaching form,classroom participation and love of classroom atmosphere.The results show that students think that the teaching form has an influence on the cultivation of their own innovation ability,but the influence of the classroom participation and classroom atmosphere is not unity,depending on the situation.Therefore,it is suggested to make full use of students'favorite classroom atmosphere and skillfully integrate discussion,thinking and other teaching forms in teaching to promote the cultivation of students'own innovation ability.
