摘　　要：班主任的管理方式,将直接影响班级学生整体的状态。文章结合自身工作经验,从“用心工作,用爱温暖,保持畅通联系”三个方面入手,对临床医学专业的班级管理方式谈一下自己的探究和实践,期望文章能为广大班主任提供参考和借鉴。The management style used by the head teacher can directly affect the status of the class students.Based on working with heart,warming with love,smooth communication,this paper briefly discusses our exploration and practice in the field of clinical medicine class management.We hope this paper can afford reference and experience for most class teachers.
