基于职业能力提升的开放教育特许经营管理专业课程体系研究

摘　　要：开放教育学习者多数为成人,急需提高职业能力,结合中国特许经营急需实战性、应用型人才的行业现实诉求,文章对特许经营管理专业课程设置、课程之间关联等问题进行研究。以市场需求为导向,以岗位能力培养为目标,深入分析各经济角色的不同岗位群对能力的要求,凝练出课程知识结构。通过对人才规格分析构成能力模块,在此基础上设计开发基于职业能力提升的专业课程体系。Most of the learners of open education are adults,and they need to improve their vocational abilities urgently.In view of the urgent need for practical talents in franchise industry in China,this paper makes a study on the curriculum setting of franchise management specialty and the relationship between courses.Oriented by market demand and aiming at the training of post competence,this paper analyses the requirements of different post groups of different economic roles for competence,and proposes a curriculum knowledge structure.Through the analysis of talent specifications,the competency module is constructed,and on this basis,the professional course system based on vocational ability improvement is designed and developed.
