长绒棉/棉秆皮纤维混纺纱的纺纱工艺及性能探讨

摘　　要：探讨了长绒棉棉秆皮纤维/混纺纱的纺纱工艺。针对棉秆皮纤维细度粗及刚性大的特点,介绍了混纺纱的纺纱工艺流程及各工序采取的工艺措施。结果显示,选择精梳长绒棉并辅以一定比例的棉秆皮纤维混纺对纺纱有利。The spinning process of long-staple cotton/cotton stalk bark fibers blended yarns was discussed.According to the characteristics of coarse fiber and big stiffness of cotton stalk bark fiber,spinning technology circulation and technology measures adopted in each process were introduced.The result showed that it was advantageous for spinning to select combed long-staple cotton and a certain proportion of cotton stalk bark fiber.
